Miss Minnesotas Outstanding Teen

Here she is your 2010 Miss MN Outstanding Teen who will represent our state in Florida this August! Kat is an amazing young lady that has already used her platform to visit Italy (and other European destinations!) and represent our youth in such a positive way.
