MIchelle and Jon's Wedding

Michelle and Jon's wedding was absolutely gorgeous- From their wedding at St. Thomas to their reception at Oak Marsh (with an awesome sunset!)- everything went just the way it should. We had a great time running around St. Thomas, downtown St. Paul, Us Bank where they found each other and out on the golf course! Adam and Ashley's Engagement Session

Here they are- Adam and Ashley in all of their glory!! We had a great time running around St. Anthony- the trees are in bloom, the weather is perfect and we even had a little help watching their son who was in for his 9 month session as well (thanks bench guys!!!). We also had a 1st- our meters expired (apparently we were having too much fun!) and neither one of us got a ticket- which is amazing as I have logged over 30 tickets in the past 10 years down at St. Anthony. Baby Ella

Baby Ella- whom you may remember from the images we created in the hospital the day she was born was back again for her 1st studio session! Mom and dad kept on saying how crabby she was be we didn't notice any crabbing at all- Here are a few teasers from the session!

Laura and Matt's Wedding

Yesterday was just about the perfect day for a wedding and fortunately I got to share it with Laura and Matt!! We captured a ridiculous amount of images and had such a great time with the whole wedding party. Laura did an awesome job (although I am sure she had lots of help!) organizing all of the details- from the trip down to Stillwater for fun formals to the great band at the reception- Thanks, you two, for letting us be part of your special day- here are a couple teasers for everyone!

I just wanted to add one thing for the record, for those you who have not booked your wedding through us yet (key word yet!!). Is your potential photographer willing to lay down in the middle of a busy street to get "the shot?" Just thought I would throw that out there!!!

Morgan and Dan's Engagement Session

Lets start this off by saying that Dan was not into having an engagement session at all!!! During our initial consultation and package selection Dan was all about dropping that option but Morgan insisted and I know they will be glad she did. Here are a couple from the session:

My crowning achievement from the day is when I got Dan to admit that he actually had fun and it wasn't too bad doing an engagement session!!!!!

Lindsey and Nick

I almost screwed this one up!!!! I emailed Lindsey on Friday with the weather report- RAIN, COLD, HORRIBLE- Lindsey emailed me back saying that she would love to do some rain shots!!! Game on- that is what I love to hear- I starting thinking about the two of them under a bright yellow umbrella with the rain dripping down- holding hands laughing with no umbrella getting soaked and the list went on and on. For good or bad the weather turned out awesome and we had a great time in shooting non traditional fun stuff (although we did shoot the classics as well and some incredible sunset images that I am going to make them wait for!). Here are some of their images and a challenge- get outside the box and have some fun! You can always fall back on the classics but how many opportunities do you have to just mess around with every ones imagination and a professional photographers expertise to boot!
We captured over 400 images and I just spent about 10 minutes putting borders and a little Photoshop on these images which is basically saying they are straight out of the camera!

Tiffany's Senior Album

I am burning the midnight oil tonight trying to finish Tiffany's Senior album! We created almost 400 images that day of Tiffany so the design is almost mind boggling. Here are a couple of pages for you to check out-
Senior albums are awesome because they are like a proof book but are leather bond and guaranteed for life- You can get them in all different sizes and colors and can even customize the number of pages in a lot of the album choices as well! Alright- Back to work so I can have this off to the lab tonight!

Angela and Miguel's wedding

We had a fabulous day with Angela and Miguel- they had a beautiful intimate ceremony at the Grand Hotel in downtown Minneapolis. The day that was supposed to by grey and rainy turned out beautiful and sunny (maybe a little chilly!) and we got to have fun with some of the downtown photojournalistic vibe. Congratulations once again to Angela and Miguel!

Another growing family.

Here they are- Katie, Griz, Quinn and Annika! Have I ever mentioned that I have the best job in the whole world- I got to meet Kaite and Griz when Quinn was still in the oven- now Quinn is a big brother with a little sister to have to watch over. It is so amazing to watch families grow- I can only hope that one day I will be photographing both of their weddings.
The first image is from that first session (I am not even sure how long it has been but I sure had to go into the archives to get it!) From there it goes to the newest(Annika) and on.

Garett is back for more!

It was update time for Garrett once again- He did a great job and if he ever gets his butt in gear I am sure that he will be able to get signed! Hope you enjoy the images and if you see him on the street ask him if he has sent in his comp cards to any agencies.
