Shannons Maternity Session

Ok- It wasn't just Shannon's session but she was at least 1.5 more than her cohort! My favorite part about photographing weddings is getting to meet a couple at the beginning and then getting to be with them during some of the most special times of their lives- their wedding, pregnancy, birth of children, watching their children grow and if I am really lucky I hope to photograph their children's wedding! This is a great gig if you can get it!!!! Enjoy the sneak peak.

Tis the season!!!

Happy holidays to everyone no matter what you celebrate!!! The O'Halloran clan had a great day today- I took the afternoon off and went to a tree farm to pick out "THE" tree. Klara was a great help- after we had it narrowed down to 3 trees she got to pick and of course picked a totally different tree! It is also the time of "boxes" at the studio with card orders, albums and holiday prints streaming through the door which is totally awesome if you are two!!! To finish off today's great day we even had a fabulous sunset that Greta captured wonderfully- It makes me think an old holiday painting my mother did- awwwwwww.....

Lily and Family

I love the look of total enthralment that you can only get when you are 3 months old!!!! Lily came in for her 3 month session and she didn't hold anything back- happy, sad or totally engrossed there is no "filter" on the wee ones. As always a good time was had by all my only regret was that we didn't manage to get any embarrassing photos for her wedding slide show someday! Enjoy Lily's second session with us.

Those are some good looking bankers!

Hey look it's "Tony and Chantelle" - you might remember them from the blog last winter when they got married! They were in need of an updated team photo for their financial service's group so they of course thought of us. I have known Tony for quite a few years now (8years????) and he is definitely a "stand up" guy so if you need his services check him out:

He really needs new clients right now as you can almost tell- Chantelle isn't slouching she is on the nest!!! Congratulations you two and thank you for bring us a new client into this world!

Karie and Neil

We laughed- we cried- but mostly laughed! I can honestly say that there were some firsts involved with this wedding~ Number one being the groom/groomsmen taking a "leak" off of a bridge in the middle of the day in the middle of the metro! There was also the worst peformance that I have heard in a long time (that is the cried part!) by Neils brothers and sister on instruments they should have pawned years ago! Thank you two so much for letting us participate in all of the fun from the day and I am so glad I didn't fall through the ice or off the bridge so I could see Neil handle the "Bears" garter. The Vikings rule!!!!!!
