Paige

Some fun in the neighborhood. It is always nice to live next to a photographer (especially when it is me!)- Paige wants to give modeling a try so I brought over a few lights, a reflector and a background and 30 minutes later we had enough images for comp cards and a little start to her portfolio. We even had some time to get in her brother and sister as well- all the images were made in a 5' x 5' section of their yard- I should totally do this for a living...........

Jessica's Senior Portfolio Session

It's Senior Portfolio time! Here is a brief peek into Jessica's session we pan handled, saw dirty needles, almost got hit by cars and of course the session ended up with a torrential rain pour that had us soaked to the bone-AWESOME! It was a very fun session and here are just a couple of the fun things that we did- the last image the rain was coming down so hard that this is the only one that I was able to focus on her through all of the rain.

Collins 1 year Session

Here is Lisa and her crew! This is Collin's 1 year session and fortunately (because a babysitter called with too good of weather.....) we got the whole family to come along too. So much fun- like herding cats with the energy of 3 kids under the age of 5- We captured some amazing images and had a blast doing it.

Business note (we are one after all!)....... I am terrible a letting everyone know all of the cool things we can do- Canvas collections, Metal Mural, custom sizes and nearly anything that you can think of or have seen- You are hereby reminded that "we can do that"!

Keeping up with the model theme

Last model post for at least a couple of days- We have family sessions coming, weddings and some other great stuff as well but I promise I would put these up ASAP! Enjoy the future Americas Top Model- her session was a blast even though it was 98 degrees and 98% humidity right over the noon hour- Just goes to show that when you have the right equipment, know how and places to shoot it is never a bad time a day to create images.

Nicoles Session

Nicole's modeling Debut! She totally rocked and we had a blast running around downtown Minneapolis on our never end quest for the perfect image. There are so many great images from this session that I just grabbed my 5 quick picks and here they are- Just for the record we never spend more than 4 minutes in photoshop on any image (unless you tell us too!)- Shoot it right the first time.

Fun with Sophia

Check out these awesome images of Sophia! She needed to give her modeling portfolio a boost- so BOOOOOOOOOOST! The old gang was back together with Mary shooting with us (I have a feeling we are going to be seeing a lot of her images on the blog this fall!) so I am sure a good time was had by all. Erik and Christina

Here they are the happy couple Christina and Erik! I have known Christina for quite some time as she used to work for www.castledistributing.com (a photographic supply company) and was honored that she chose us to photograph her wedding. Of course a good time was had by all and here are a few from the day- FYI when we photograph your wedding don't be surprised if I ask you to pose in unusual areas (IE the bath room at the hotel or in a tree!).

Field Outdoor Spaces and Colette and Company

Three phases of of day and three completely different lighting situations and effects! We photographed this location at dawn, mid day and Sunset- I just wish I could show you more of the great images (five is the limit for everyone!) but here is a few to check out. A new baby

Yea- A new baby for us and she is a peanut! Weighing in at a whooping 3#'s 7ounces she is sure to grow fast (already up to 5#'s 6ounces!). Here she was just moments after she was born. Family is the most important thing in the world and it is always great when you can add another member to love.

The latest and greatest in bridal shops has arrived! I know Pat personally and her shop is going to be the best thing since sliced bread.
