Grady at 3 Months

Time flies!! It seems like I was just driving up to Grady's house in the aftermath of a snow storm and now he is three months old and it is spring. Grady was trying to hold out on us with no smiles but we outlasted him in the end (as always!) and created some beautiful images featuring his great smile. Enjoy the sneak peak as always!

It was a great time fun to see some great friends and make some new ones. We talked about a wide range of topics: posing, lighting, different types of light modification but in the end how to make people comfortable and have fun creating beautiful images for a loved one! Carpe Diem Ensemble

These guys put on an incredible show! I got to see the "warm up" at St. Stephens church a couple of weeks ago but this was the real deal and you know you are doing something right when you have to bring in more chairs for the audience.

Garrets Portfolio Session

Here's Garret!!! He is putting together his modeling portfolio and needed our help. It is amazing what great visual opportunities you can get just by walking around the U or M campus- Add wireless electronic flash and you suddenly have the coolest, biggest studio (and I don't have to keep it clean!) around. Carpe Diem Vocal Ensemble

Holy moly these guys rock! I got to catch one of their rehearsal/church performances and they totally blew me away. You can catch them on the 24th and 25th of April for two great performances- not "church" fare but a full review of some of the ensembles favorites!

This is going to be the coolest! I photograph 30 weddings a year, work with models, companies, non profits and just darn cool people- We will showcase the best and OMIT the rest. Here is a brief glimpse behind the curtain- How do we get from A to B? Good lighting, a target for spot on color and of course a strong base in photo shop for post production. The laser's shown above are the actual lasers that Veridian uses (that may have been the hard part!).

McBaby

On location domination continues with the McBaby! Scroll back a few posts and you will see Cori and Josh (and Callie just in mamma's belly!) during their maternity session. Here they are again accept as real live parents (grown ups!), Callie is absolutely beautiful and I hope you enjoy the sneak peak of images.
